We’re able to offer staging at no cost to many of our clients because we’ve built an efficient system, developed trusted partnerships, and invested in a curated inventory that allows us to transform spaces quickly and cost-effectively.  
 
Our complimentary staging covers houses and condos up to 1,000 sq. ft. for up to 45 days with up to two bedrooms. Larger or completely vacant homes MAY require a project-based fee to cover additional furnishings or logistics, always transparent and tailored only to what your home needs to look its absolute best.

Yes. In many cases, we can stage your home using a combination of your existing furniture and our curated inventory. Whether we use your pieces depends on their style, scale, and condition. Because one of the main goals of staging is to showcase the best use of the space, highlight key features, and make each room feel as open, bright, and spacious as possible. When your furniture supports that look, we incorporate it. When it doesn’t, we supplement or replace pieces to ensure your home presents at its absolute best.

Yes, but we make it easy. Our stager will create a room-by-room preparation report with a clear checklist of everything you need to do on your end. We’ll guide you on what to remove, what to keep, and how to get each room ready. The goal is to make the process simple and stress-free so your home looks clean, bright, and market-ready for buyers.

We absolutely do. However, completely vacant homes may or may not be included in our complimentary staging program because they require full furnishing and additional logistics. After viewing the property, we’ll provide options and recommendations based on what will create the strongest impact.
